| Duties: | Basic Customer Service calls for general inbound clients.
•Maintain a quality monitoring score of 85% or greater.

| Qualifications: | Type 25 WPM
•
•Detail Orientated
•Available Weekends
•Friendly and outgoing
•Multitasking is a must.
•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
•Demonstrated MS Word and Excel skills
•Very outgoing and personable, and able to execute a problem solving mentality
