Description:Dialogue Marketing is a unique company that supports a variety of different clients such as Danbury Mint (fine collectables), EdExperts (school admissions), Smart Tuition (private school tuition), Franklin Covey (store locator) and a handful of others.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a willingness to work flexible schedules to come join our team. AM and swing positions available.
Duties:Basic Customer Service calls for general inbound clients.

•Maintain a quality monitoring score of 85% or greater.
Qualifications:Type 25 WPM

•Detail Orientated

•Available Weekends

•Friendly and outgoing

•Multitasking is a must.

•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED

•Demonstrated MS Word and Excel skills

•Very outgoing and personable, and able to execute a problem solving mentality

•Self Starter
