| Description: | Dialogue-Marketing is now accepting applications for our Sales Representative Position. We are looking for a dynamic individual for this great opportunity to work with one of the largest names in the world, Frito Lay!
The Representative will perform outbound sales calls to potential new Frito Lay Snacks To You businesses. Reps of Frito Lay will be responsible for calling these business prospects in an effort to enroll them in the Snacks To You program and more importantly taking a first order.
This is an outbound sales position. The Sales Agent will be required to contact business prospects by phone, successfully explain the Snacks To You program, get them to sign up and take their first Snacks To You order.

• Make outbound phone calls to prospective business customers.
• Consult prospective customers on Frito Lay products and complete their first trasnaction
• Meet or exceed established performance and quality standards.
• Adhere to applicable compliance issues relating to program

| Qualifications: | Qualifications:
• Outbound Sales Background Preferred
o Customer Service experience a plus
• Sales and Closing Skills
o Business to Business Sales Background
• Coachable/Teachable
o H.S. Diploma or Equivalent, Some College preferred
o Effective clear oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work full time
• Retail sales experience and Business To Business experience a plus
