| Description: | Dialogue Marketing is hiring for a great new program with one of our long time clients. (Due to the success of the program, we're expanding)
We are seeking individuals with the following skills and background:
Solid customer service ability
Experience in retail, customer service or sales
Excellent communication skills
Ability to type 35 WPM
Spelling is a must.
Outbound call center programs or sales experience is a plus.
This is not a sales position, but it involves outbound calls to current members getting feedback on service providers they have used and asking them to rate these providers.
PT - 4 PM to 8 PM Monday thru Thursday, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM (No Holidays).
