Donor Dialogue has a unique opportunity for you to do just that. In America blood is needed every 3 seconds, working for Donor Dialogue you would be an essential part in the blood recruitment process and contribute daily to saving lives across North America.
Donor Dialogue is looking for highly motivated individuals to help us contact existing blood donors to let them know they are eligible to donate and to help them schedule another appointment to donate.
As a Donor Advocate you will be responsible for contacting blood donors all across North America on behalf of some of the most prestigious Blood Centers in the country.
You will be required to listen attentively to the donors and actively help them to schedule another appointment.
To succeed as a Donor Advocate you will need the following qualities:
Superior telephone speaking and listening skills,
An extremely professional, clear and strong phone voice.
Ability to quickly establish a friendly rapport with a donor.
Donor Dialogue holds a high standard of performance and believes all of our employees should have a solid understanding of the importance of the blood donation process and the affect it has on the community and patients every day.
This position has a strong focus on compassion and the ability to convey this emotion over the phone is a key skill for any successful Donor Advocate.
This is an excellent opportunity for retirees, college students, or anyone seeking to earn extra income. Shifts Monday - Thursday 5 pm - 9 pm, Saturday 9 am - 2 pm., and 1 Sunday a month.
We are hiring for PM Shifts and weekends only at this time: 20 hours, 5 shifts a week.
4-5 hour shifts, Part-Time only need apply. If you apply for full time you will not be considered.
All candidates will be required to complete and pass a Drug Screen and Background Check. All candidates selected will also be processed through E-Verify (E-Verify is an Internet-based system that allows businesses to determine the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States).
|Duties:|| Must meet or exceed appointment setting goals|
Contact blood donors to inspire them and set appointments for blood donations
Explain the blood donation process and answer any questions in regards to the blood donation process, training will be provided!
Maintain a professional dialogue with customers
Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
Represent clients with a positive and professional image
Must maintain an excellent attendance record
Maintain and update Donor contact and activity records
Position is contingent upon performance during training.
High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
Thorough understanding of call center operations
Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30 WPM)
Experience / Skill:
Possess high level of confidence on telephone
Able to accept and follow constructive feedback and coaching
Convey compassion and sincerity over the phone
Exercise strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Minimum of 1 year previous call center experience
Experience analyzing and resolving customer service issues
