This is a perfect opportunity for current insurance field agents that have the knowledge but do not have the customer base. This is the fast track for advancement opportunities with proven sales success. Utilize proprietary Lead Allocation software to deliver the right leads to the right agents.
This position provides sales support to all of our Health, Life, Property & Casualty insurance clients. Our high energy sales agents are required to use their sales skills to quote and sell Insurance offered through our client. The potential candidate will make outbound calls, as well as take inbound calls from potential customers. They will then go through the proper channels to see if the customer is qualified for that particular insurance and also explain all features, benefits and policies to the customer in hopes of enrolling them.
|Duties:|| Inbound & Outbound to and from prospective insurance customers, understand customer's needs guide them through the on-line enrollment process. |
Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote application for insurance plans.
Enroll customers in plans and/or forward their call to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Consult with customers across the US regarding their current and future Insurance needs in order to determine how we can best help them achieve their goals.
Establish an ongoing relationship with our customers through the delivery of world-class customer service.
Use state-of-the-art technology to make shopping for their Insurance options easy and painless.
Educate and advise customers on their Insurance options and the benefits of various plans.
Assist customers through the Insurance application process to provide each customer with the best coverage for their unique needs.
Enroll customers into an Insurance plan that fits their needs, now and in the future.

Must be enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
Able to communicate clearly and persuasively.
Use scripts and other training materials as directed.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Must be able to multi-task and meet monthly goals.
Highly motivated to succeed.
2 years of Insurance experience preferred but not required.
Sales experience with E&O policies preferred but not required.
Education & Knowledge:
High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30 WPM).
Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Active license in Health, Life and/or Property & Casualty is preferred.
